Credits are sold in one-time packs and never expire. Here is when you get them, or your money, back.
When a dance errors out, times out or the photo is rejected by the AI service, the 10 credits spent on it return to your balance within moments. You do not need to ask.
Bought a pack and changed your mind? Write to support@dimedimebaby.online within 7 days of the purchase. If none of that pack's credits have been spent, we will refund it in full.
A pack with any credits already used cannot be refunded in cash. The remaining credits stay on your account and never expire. The exception is where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
If a finished clip is unusable, for example frozen, corrupted or missing the person from your photo, send us the video link within 7 days and we will restore the credits so you can try again.
Approved refunds go back to the card or method used at checkout. Banks differ, so allow roughly 5 to 10 working days.
