AI Baby Dance: Make a Baby Do the BbY WOW Trend

Oct 20, 2026

Scroll long enough and you will meet a baby in a tiny outfit grooving to "dime, dime, baby" like they own the dance floor. That is the AI baby dance version of the BbY WOW trend, and it is the easiest one to make: you only need a photo.

What is the AI baby dance?

It takes a single photo of a baby (or toddler, pet or even a plushie) and animates it so the little one dances to the BbY WOW audio. Nobody had to hold a baby still, wait for a good mood or film fifty takes. The motion comes from a reference clip, and the photo supplies the face, the outfit and the vibe.

The trend rides on the BbY WOW track by KAROL G, Judeline and rusowsky. If you want to understand the song first, start with the Dime Dime Baby song explained.

How it works, without the jargon

The tool uses motion transfer. A short reference video contains the dance. The AI studies how the body moves in that clip, then applies the same movement to the person or character in your photo, while keeping their look. The result is an 8-second vertical video with the audio included.

Because the AI is only borrowing the motion, you do not need your baby to know any steps. You also do not need to share a video of your child, only a photo you are happy to upload.

Make one in four steps

  1. Pick a photo. Choose a clear picture where the whole baby is visible, ideally sitting or standing, facing the camera.
  2. Open the generator. Go to the Dime Dime Baby AI generator and drop the photo in the green box.
  3. Choose Baby Groove. It is the template built for bouncy arms and tiny steps. The other two, The Quince Guy and The BbY WOW Step, work too.
  4. Press Make it dance. Two to four minutes later you can download the MP4.

The first dance is free for new accounts, and each one after that is 10 credits.

Photos that work best

  • Full body, or at least head to hips. The AI needs to see arms and torso to move them.
  • Even, soft light. Window light is perfect. Harsh shadows confuse the outline.
  • A calm background. A rug or a plain wall beats a cluttered room.
  • Sharp focus. A blurry photo gives a blurry dance.
  • Eyes visible. The stare is half the meme.

Photos that struggle: tight close-ups, shots where the baby is held up by an adult's hands, groups of kids overlapping and pictures with a toy covering the face.

It works on pets and plushies too

Baby Groove is not fussy about species. A dog sitting on the sofa, a cat on a windowsill or a favourite stuffed bunny all give charming results. Pets with clear outlines and a visible face do best, and fluffy plush toys often look the funniest because the dance exaggerates their bounce.

A word on privacy and safety

Only upload photos you have the right to use. For photos of children, that means you are a parent or guardian or you have a parent's permission. Dances are private to you unless you leave "Show my dance in La Pista" ticked, so uncheck it if you would rather keep the video to yourself. You can delete any dance from My videos at any time. Our privacy policy has the details.

Share it

A few easy ways to use the video:

  • Post it on TikTok or Reels with the sound intact.
  • Send it to the family group chat, where it will win.
  • Set it as a short-video memory of how your baby looked this autumn.

Recap

The AI baby dance is the BbY WOW trend with no filming: one photo, one template, one 8-second video with the real audio. If you want the choreography version instead, see how to do the BbY WOW trend, and if you just want the dance, start at the home page.
